- Discharge outfeed conveyor 12” long
- Steel wheels with ductile iron hubs
- Load sensing valve which stops the feed if the blade starts to overload, typical when cutting the web of structural shapes
- Saw blade canted at a 10º angle to aid cutting
- Full stroke hydraulic vises, with stationary vise retract of 1/2” to avoid interference with material
- Blade guides are carbide faced with rollers to remove blade twist and dampen vibration
- Flood coolant system to both saw guides with adjustable flow rates
- Gear box designed for heavy duty bandsaw machines, high efficiency planetary drive, oil bath lubrication
- Electric system uses only C.S.A./UL approved components and is electrically approved
