Large Capacity Bandsaws

800SA
  • The model 800SA is a large capacity machine designed for cutting solids. The machine uses a 2?” (67mm) blade. The blade drive is a heavy-duty high torque, planetary-style gearbox. The motor is mounted directly on the gearbox eliminating the use of belts.

  • 700SA
  • The model 700SA has a large capacity and uses an economical 1½” (41mm) blade. The split vise clamps on both sides of the blade. Machine is ideal for service centers and pipe cutting.

  • 500MV
  • The model 500MV miters 45 degrees left and right. Additionally the two sets of vises pivot making it possible to cut compound angles. The machine has a high efficiency planetary gearbox. Hydraulically actuated movement of the saw head tilt, full stroke vises and top blade guide arm.

  • 480SA
  • The model 480SA is ideal for bundle cutting. The machine has a split vise which clamps on both sides of the blade. There are front and rear vertical vises to securely clamp bundles of material or to allow the machine to be fed from the front or rear.

  • 475SA
  • The model 475SA has a large capacity for cutting structural profiles and pipes. Uses a 1¼” (34mm) blade drive by a 5 hp (3.75 kW) motor. Drive system is a high efficiency planetary gearbox and a directly mounted motor (no belts). Speed is variable controlled by a variable frequency drive.

  • 475M
  • The model 475M has a large capacity for cutting structural profiles and pipes. Head miters out to 60 degrees by hydraulics with a digital angle display. The blade is canted at 4 degrees to aid in cutting structural profiles and flats.

  • 475HFA
  • The model 475HFA is a fully automatic bandsaw. This machine can cut solids and grating. It has an extra large capacity of 18” (460mm) x 36” (915mm). Machine can cut solids using a large 1½” (41mm) blade driven by a 7½ hp (5 kW) motor.

  • 475HDP
  • The model 475HDP is ideal for cutting solids. The machine has a large 1½” (41mm) blade driven by a 7½ hp (5 kW) motor. Full stroke hydraulic vise is standard.
