HORIZONTAL MITERING BANDSAW
The model 330M is a miter cutting bandsaw miter cuts up to 60 degrees. The blade is canted at 4 degrees to aid in cutting structural profiles and flats.

FEATURES INCLUDED AS STANDARD EQUIPMENT
- Scissor-type saw with heavy duty all welded design for rigidity and strength
- Saw frame swings 60° allowing miter cutting with out swinging the material, indicating scale showing cut angle, hard stops at 0°, 15°, 30°, 45° and 60°
- Blade is canted at a 4° angle when the saw is at the bottom position. This aids in the cutting of structural or flats, increasing the cutting speed and the blade life.
- Large base for stability with large coolant catch area
- Pivot uses taper roller bearings for a highly rigid machine with smooth low friction movement
- Cutting feed hydraulically regulated with feed rate scale
- Magnetic motor starter with automatic shut off at the end of cut, motor thermal overload protection
- Power disconnect on machine
- Blade guards and fully enclosed drive belt guard
- Powered blade brush to remove cutting chips
- Adjustable material length stop for repetitive cutting

- Blade guides are carbide faced with rollers to remove blade twist and dampen vibration, internal coolant channel to lubricate guides and direct coolant onto blade

- Gear box designed for heavy duty bandsaw machines, precision worm shaft on taper roller bearings and phosphorous bronze worm gear set supported on sealed ball bearings, oil bath lubrication
